Architect

We are looking for an architect (f/m) for the service phases 1 to 9, as soon as possible. The candidate should be able to independently fulfill the construction tasks assigned to him after an appropriate training phase. The existing team will of course support the candidate during all phases of familiarization and subsequently during the construction work. 

REQUIREMENTS/ PROFILE

• Completed manual training desirable
• Completed studies in architecture
• Knowledge in LPH 1-9 in commercial, residential and commercial building construction
• Ability to work in a team and commitment

for the planning and implementation of construction projects in the scope of services of HOAI LP 2-5 to strengthen our team.

REQUIREMENTS/ PROFILE

• Successfully completed studies in architecture
• Professional experience in design and implementation planning
• Excellent knowledge in the use of Archicad
• Understanding of the economic and constructive implementation of the planning
• Structured, independent and precise way of working as well as high self-motivation 
• Ability to work in a team and good German language skills
• Implementation of design concepts and constructive specifications in construction drawings
• Preparation of building applications
• Elaboration of calculations and calculations
• Correspondence with all construction parties
• Support of the project management, e.g. in the handling of correspondence
